Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client

Additional costs charged by third-party platforms
Clients are responsible for complying with third-party terms and policies.

Spectrum Digital Media shall not be liable for:

Advertising platform approvals

11. Revisions and Changes
Reasonable revisions are included as per the agreed scope of work. Additional revisions or scope changes may result in extra charges and revised timelines.
Any changes requested after project approval will be handled as a new request.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. Upon termination:
All outstanding payments become immediately due
Work completed up to the termination date will be delivered
Access to services may be revoked
No refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work.
